What is coaching?
Coaching pioneer Sir John Whitmore spoke of how coaching unlocks a person’s ability to maximize performance. It helps us learn, rather than teaching us. It’s an interactive and creative exercise of self-improvement.
Most importantly, coaching is a process. You discover why you seek what you seek and how your goals in life are linked to your core values, so that your actions are purposeful and mindful, leading to a life of balance and contentment.
A coach can be especially helpful:
- If you’re going through a transition.
- If you feel like you’re struggling to balance different areas of your life.
- If you want to change your career or take a professional step up.
- If you have goals that you are having a hard time achieving.
- If you want to deepen and strengthen your relationships.
Through coaching you will recognize your personal and professional capabilities and use them to visualize the life you aspire to, turning your vision into reality.
You will develop tools to set goals deliberately and define your own action plan. You will expand your way of thinking, sharpen communication, problem-solving, organization and time management skills, but also improve your adaptability and stress management. Most importantly, you will discover how to overcome obstacles, in order to shape your life to be what you want it to be.
We will do this together. In your journey forward you have a guide, a supporter, and a companion.
